Andrew arrived on an emergency situation. HVAC system leaking water, flooding basement and carpeting. First service person could not find a leak. Andrew diagnosed problem, needed a replacement piece which he secured, came back today and efficiently did 2 repairs. He also explained what he was doing and left instructions for proper use. Also made recommendations for further appropriate updates. Overall a very good experience.

Checked motors, capacitors, blower, filter, thermostat, elements, contactors, refrigerant, defrost, coils, humidifier. Cleaned humidifier and replaced pad. Replaced contactor on the outdoor unit. Everything working properly
Water leaking from the condition pump I replaced that and check all working good on heat
Checked motors, blower, wiring, capacitor, igniter, drain, condensate pump, filter, vacuum switch and tubing. Insulation side panel blower section off and blocking blower, sprayed with adhesive and reattached. Cleaned burners and flame sensor. Everything working properly

Ac not working after diagnose found dual run cap went bad due to outdoor unit was very dirty I clean coil and replace cal and check system working good on A/C.
